Brian Garrett
has spent more than 45 years in banking, focused on community banking and more
specifically on those banks having severe economic issues. His ability to turn
these banks around were the result of his ability to quickly assess the issues,
develop a vision and implement a strategic plan. This process involved staff,
regulators, owners as well as the bank clients and were often times at odds
with each other, necessitating very unique solutions.
He has also started two banks and two high tech companies, all of which were very successful and have since sold for positive returns to the shareholders.
His time in banking afforded him an opportunity to develop a working knowledge in all facets of businesses, including legal, technology, personnel management, and process improvement. He has worked with innumerable small businesses over the years and is well versed in the needs of the entrepreneur. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Finance and a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
